At Quick Fit, car servicing garage in Little Island Cork, we make sure that when we service your car in our garage it’s done right.

At Quick Fit, we have decided to prepare and equip ourselves to service hybrid and electric vehicles, as more manufacturers introduce them to the market.

Our technicians are fully trained and certified to work on these vehicles and to carry out diagnostic checks in accordance with leading industry standards.

We view hybrid and electric cars as the future of motoring and have taken these steps to ensure that we are best positioned to continue offering a quality service to our customers, should they wish to consider an alternative to their current choice of car.

Full Car Service

As part of our full car service we inspect:

  1. Oil,Air & Fuel filters/Sparkplugs replaced
  2. Flush out air intake system
  3. Brakes front and rear, clean off & adjust
  4. Steering Joints
  5. Shocks
  6. Lights (bulb operation)
  7. Wiper blades
  8. Battery and terminal connections
  9. Cooling system operation
  10. All drive belts
  11. Exhaust system
  12. When timing belt was last changed & if it needs to be changed before next service
  13. Condition of tyres
  14. Reset service interval
  15. Check engine performance
  16. Top up fluid – brake/clutch/power steering/coolant/engine oil/gearbox oil/axle oils
  17. Road test the vehicle

Mini Service

As part of our mini car service we inspect:

Book an Interim Car Service

In addition we:

Supply and fit new oil Filter and engine oil up to 5 litres

  1. On some Diesel engines the fuel filter can be more expensive, can be extra charge
  2. Some petrol engines have Platinum spark plugs and can be expensive, can be extra charge
  3. When servicing your Car we give mechanics 2.5 hr for full service and 1.5 hr for small service
  4. This insures that the car gets a full safety inspection and all parts are fitted right in our Garage
  5. The price is based on standard lubricant semi Synthetic 10/40 oil. If you engine need full – Synthetic Oil e.g. 0/30 or 5/30 approx €25 extra charge.
  6. In our Garage all Mechanic’s have min of 15 years experience and the very best of equipment
